SHIPPING POLICY

1. Order processing

Order cut-off time is 6:00 PM (EST).

Estimated order processing time is 1-3 business days (Monday – Friday), excluding weekends and holidays. If you place an order over the weekend, we will process it the next business day.

Please note, processing times may be longer during peak color times, please allow us a few extra days to prepare.

2. Shipping time

Standard delivery time is 7-15 working days.

Due to unforeseen circumstances or events beyond our control, such as natural disasters or customs delays, delivery times are estimates only. We do our best to provide the best estimate based on the information we have, but we cannot promise an exact delivery date.

Please note that the delivery times below are calculated from when we ship your order, not from the time the order is placed.

3. Shipping cost

We charge a flat rate of $6.99USD on all shipments.

4. Shipping method

We offer a variety of flexible shipping methods to ensure your order is delivered quickly and safely. We use trusted shipping partners like USPS, ensuring your product arrives as quickly as possible.

5. Shipping destination

We provide services to all 50 US states. If you are outside this area, please contact us for shipping assistance. Deliveries to Alaska and Hawaii may take longer.

6. Order tracking

You will receive a confirmation email or text message with a tracking identification number and a link to track your package. To track your package, you can visit our tracking page. If you are unsure of your ID, please check our delivery confirmation email.

7. Wrong shipping address

Please contact our customer care team at [email protected] as soon as possible. We will do our best to update your shipping address as long as your order has not been processed yet. We are not responsible for incorrect shipping addresses entered at checkout.

8. Lost parcel

Please e-mail our customer care team at [email protected] as soon as possible. We will do our best to assist you. However, we are not responsible for parcels once a proof of delivery is generated. We recommend contacting your local postal service to open an investigation.
